Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing, and bio-digital convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present quarterly tech trend briefings to C-suite and board members, translating complex innovations into business opportunities
- Oversee the implementation of sustainable tech frameworks across all product development lifecycles
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' program, cultivating the next generation of tech pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (demonstrated through patents or product launches)
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent forward-looking credential
