Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum hardware pioneers
- Translate emerging tech trends into actionable product innovation frameworks
- Oversee prototyping of brain-computer interfaces and synthetic biology systems
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Neurotechnology, or Systems Engineering
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 7+ years in exponential technology leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST AI Framework, and quantum security protocols
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for deep tech ventures
- Speaker credentials at TED, Web Summit, or equivalent futurist forums
