Responsibilities
- Architect strategic tech roadmaps for 2026+ implementation, focusing on AI ethics, quantum resilience, and climate-tech integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Present futuristic vision to executive stakeholders and investor panels
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor a team of 10+ engineers and futurists in emerging tech methodologies
- Partner with MIT and Stanford labs on bleeding-edge research projects
- Conduct quarterly horizon scans of emerging technologies with global impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent industry impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, future-proof standards)
- Track record of scaling teams from 10 to 100+ while maintaining innovation velocity
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
