Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Technology Vision Roadmap aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neural interface technologies
- Coordinate with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Manage a $10M annual innovation portfolio with 15+ concurrent R&D projects
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and international tech councils
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and other global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 12+ years industry experience
- Proven track record delivering at least three breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry authority
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/venture funding for experimental projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Future Studies from World Futures Federation or equivalent
