As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leads, and venture partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech. Your insights will directly influence our multi-billion-dollar innovation pipeline and market expansion strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Develop quantitative models for technology adoption curves and market readiness assessment
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present future trend briefings to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee the creation of innovation incubators for next-gen technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Demonstrated experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech or business journals
