Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess their commercial viability for our global portfolio
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and secure resource allocation
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Measure and report on KPIs for innovation adoption and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of futuristic tech concepts
