- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business growth
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic implementation
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in future-focused development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with 10+ full-scale tech product lifecycles
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering required
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation grants or funding
