Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting carbon-negative tech solutions
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets across 8 global research hubs
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough neural interface technologies
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement 2026-readiness frameworks
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI ethics and sustainable tech frameworks
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
- Security clearance for government-level tech projects
- Experience with ISO 26000 and UN SDG compliance
