- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Proven track record in strategic technology forecasting and implementation
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (IEEE 2026, ISO quantum frameworks)
- Deep understanding of singularity economics and post-scarcity models
- Certification in Futures Studies (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight training
