Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic insights into viable products
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and manage an external network of academic, startup, and industry partners
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in strategic planning and scenario development methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology roadmapping and lifecycle management
