Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to shape long-term digital transformation strategies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental prototyping
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property protection for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused R&D or innovation roles
- Proven track record in launching at least two transformative tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech commercialization
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture and academic ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Prior experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
