Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology vision aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (AGI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
- Oversee a $5M+ annual innovation fund allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation incubators
