Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate adaptation) using advanced scenario modeling
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 industry disruptions and market opportunities
- Curate and manage an international network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Lead workshops on exponential technologies and their societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched from foresight insights
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
