Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Design and validate futuristic prototypes for market entry
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate vision into technical specifications
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology trends (Singularity University certification a plus)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
