Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and neurotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech paradigms (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academia to establish FutureHorizon's thought leadership
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals tech alignment
- Certification in Technology Foresight (WFS or equivalent)
