Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 12+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives with $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in ISO 42001 (AI Management) and NIST quantum frameworks
