- Design strategic blueprints for 2026 product roadmaps integrating cutting-edge innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Partner with academic institutions to incubate breakthrough research initiatives
- Represent company at global tech summits as a thought leader in future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in futurism or innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in AI, AR/VR, or sustainable tech (2020-2023)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact modeling
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
