Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with C-suite executives and external partners
- Anticipate global tech disruptions and develop mitigation/opportunity frameworks
- Secure multi-million dollar R&D grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Pioneer ethical AI governance models for autonomous systems
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our 'Future Tech Fellowship' program
- Publish white papers in MIT Technology Review and IEEE Spectrum
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in government/venture funding
- Expertise in emerging tech stack: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on future-proofing strategies
- Patents in at least two of these fields: AI ethics, quantum cryptography, or bioinformatics
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
