Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, societal, and market shifts through 2026+ using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Curate and maintain an ecosystem of startups, researchers, and thought leaders
- Produce strategic reports and whitepapers on disruptive technologies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation DNA across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
- Experience leading global, cross-disciplinary teams
- Mastery of strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
