Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and immersive realities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and investor boards
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for 2026 technology acceleration projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum)
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Strong network with global tech research labs and academic institutions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing large-scale innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker at tech conferences
