Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing integration
- Conduct research on qubit stabilization and quantum entanglement optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate quantum capabilities into commercial solutions
- Present strategic technical vision to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- Minimum 5 years experience in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum theory into practical applications
