Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, metaverse ecosystems) to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product development plans
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption and innovation impact across global markets
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling executive briefings and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management highly desirable
