- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical visions into market-ready products
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive technologies and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and researchers in next-gen development methodologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and distributed systems
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
