Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026 adoption across enterprise systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AI governance) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTS) or equivalent
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology projects
