Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives aligned with future market shifts
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess business implications
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-state visions
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive intelligence reports

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level workshops and presentations
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Business, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, articles, books)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
