Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies within product development cycles
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI of futuristic projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3.0 trends
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
