Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop and communicate a comprehensive technology and AI strategy for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- AI Infrastructure Oversight: Lead the architectural planning for scalable AI models and machine learning operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) and evaluate their potential impact on current operations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide diverse teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical data into clear, compelling narratives for investors, board members, and global partners.
- Process Optimization: Implement advanced automation strategies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior strategic role within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in AI or advanced technology management.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and software development lifecycles.
