Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn valuations
- Published research in top-tier journals (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in ISO 20700:2018 tech forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of DARPA and NSF grant ecosystems
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog)
