Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and policy implementation
