Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AGI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global research institutions
- Present disruption analyses to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature and IEEE journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (MS + 10yrs experience considered)
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum systems from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Executive-level stakeholder management with Fortune 100 organizations
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE/NASA clearance
