Responsibilities
- Design preemptive ethical guardrails for generative AI and biotech convergence systems
- Develop governance frameworks for quantum-encrypted decision-making networks
- Lead cross-disciplinary ethics boards with neuro-implant and climate AI specialists
- Author position papers for global tech summits on AI-human symbiosis
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging ethical risks in autonomous systems
- Mentor next-gen ethicists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Technology Policy with 5+ years in AI governance
- Published work on quantum computing ethics or neuro-implant regulation
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 and IEEE 7000 standards frameworks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US Algorithmic Accountability Act
- Expertise in biotech-AI intersection ethics (e.g., genetic editing AI)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into policy language
- Security clearance eligibility for high-stakes policy development
