Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Author position papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in ethical design principles
- Establish audit trails for high-stakes AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field
- 5+ years developing ethical AI frameworks for commercial applications
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Strong background in cognitive science or human-computer interaction
- Proven ability to translate complex ethics concepts into technical requirements
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
