- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to address ethical implications of hybrid AI systems
- Author industry whitepapers on AI ethics standards for regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and ethical auditing tools
- Experience with NIST AI Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and upcoming US federal regulations
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
