Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quantum physicists to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency, throughput, and efficiency to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or quantum computing integration.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
