- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers on responsible AI development practices
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving global AI regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI frameworks for deployed systems
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Experience advising Fortune 100 companies on AI ethics initiatives
- Publishing record in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences
- Strong knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to diverse stakeholders
