Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Identify and secure emerging tech partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 labs
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor teams in agile methodologies for next-gen product development
- File strategic patents for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ examples)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, generative AI, or neurotech
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global enterprises
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
