Responsibilities
- Develop Ethical Frameworks: Create and implement comprehensive AI ethics guidelines, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.
- Algorithm Auditing: Conduct rigorous audits of machine learning models to identify and mitigate bias, fairness issues, and safety risks.
- Future Strategy: Proactively identify emerging ethical dilemmas in AI development and propose long-term strategic solutions for 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, board members, and the public.
- Policy Advocacy: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure our AI products meet all regional and international privacy regulations.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on advancements in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic data to inform our future roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, policy, or ethics consulting.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and data governance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ethical issues to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguous regulatory landscapes and solving complex ethical dilemmas.
- Passion: A strong personal commitment to the responsible development of artificial intelligence.
