Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future technology roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Design governance protocols for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for industry-wide adoption
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving global AI regulations
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy with focus on ethical AI frameworks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and global regulatory trends
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences on AI ethics or future tech
- Expertise in scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and executive levels
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Experience with quantum computing or neuro-symbolic AI concepts preferred
