Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems

- Establish transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in generative AI and quantum computing
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and global AI regulations
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and generative AI implications
