Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Goals 2030
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic systems for bias mitigation and fairness
- Establish governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Represent company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory working groups
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies for transparent AI development processes
- Create impact assessments for AI deployments in critical infrastructure sectors
- Mentor ethics officers across product divisions and research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 8+ years in AI governance, risk management, or responsible tech leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI transparency frameworks
- Certification in ISO/IEC 42001 AI Management Systems
- Experience with regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in applied ethics for high-stakes AI domains (healthcare/autonomous systems)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into policy recommendations
