Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits for autonomous systems and predictive algorithms
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for large-scale machine learning deployments
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Establish transparent AI governance documentation for stakeholder communication
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI development practices
- Represent the company in global AI ethics consortiums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology development
- Certification in AI governance or ethics management (e.g., CEGAI, CSEP)
