Responsibilities

- Establish transparency standards for explainable AI systems

Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Published research on AI bias mitigation or explainability
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Deep understanding of neuro-ethical implications of AGI
- Track record of influencing AI policy at national/international level
