Responsibilities

- Design governance protocols for generative AI and quantum computing integration
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycles
- Partner with legal teams on compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Drive transparency initiatives for AI decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible innovation
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical domains
- Strong understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
