Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing algorithmic bias and transparency protocols
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging neuro-technologies and biometric AI
- Create stakeholder engagement protocols for public-private AI ethics initiatives
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for ethical AI deployment across quantum and neural networks
- Produce annual AI ethics impact reports for board and regulatory bodies
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international technology policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in implementing ethical AI frameworks at enterprise scale
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience with international policy development (OECD, UN AI Advisory Body)
- Published research on AI alignment or value alignment in high-stakes systems
- Fluency in Python for ethics auditing tool development
