Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics policies aligned with EU AI Act and NIST frameworks
- Lead cross-functional audits of generative AI models for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Establish governance protocols for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Partner with legal teams to navigate emerging AI regulatory landscapes
- Design ethics-by-default frameworks for 2026's autonomous decision systems
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment practices
- Chair the AI Ethics Review Board for product launches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation for large language models
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with quantum computing governance frameworks
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
