Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing machine learning algorithms for bias and fairness
- Advise C-suite executives on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Establish industry-wide governance standards for generative AI deployment
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Published research on algorithmic transparency or explainable AI
- Experience testifying before technology policy committees
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) required
