Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and societal impact
- Develop certification protocols for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on ethical AI training methodologies
- Create policy blueprints for international AI regulatory compliance
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in ethical AI development practices
- Present findings to congressional tech policy committees and UN working groups
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance with federal regulatory experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation (top-tier journals)
- Certification in ISO/IEC 42001 AI Management Systems
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks
- Expertise in neuro-symbolic AI integration
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in Python, R, and causal inference modeling
