Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in machine learning model auditing and bias mitigation
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscape
- Experience developing organizational ethics policies
- Strong background in data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts
