Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of autonomous system risks and mitigation
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Published work on AI policy or responsible technology
