Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Optimize Performance: Drive technical excellence in model training, inference optimization, and real-time processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and safe for global deployment.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Modeling: Extensive experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
